Thank you for sharing this concept, Landon, about "Consistency Threshold", and a very interesting way to look at things.

I am like that, especially since covid and I need to make ends meet, I've tried a lot of things in search of a sustainable way to put food on the table while maintaining my sanity in carrying out the work that's required.

But for me, I find that the real perpetrator in my case for not achieving results was not having a clear goal/target to act as an anchor point.

My own analogy for this is to imagine if you had to pick the best form of transport to travel in without knowing where you want to go, you'll just end up in a vicious cycle of hopping on and off buses and trains, and planes but not getting anywhere.

But what you brought up here today shed new light and makes perfect sense about toning things down a bit, stop for a while and just figure things out.
